The Sabi Sands

Off to South Africa I went to explore the Sabi Sands. I traveled with Tristan from WanderingThru again. It was an adventure of a life time tracking leopards with him and our tracker Chris. It was cool to see Tristan is in this element here doing what he loves. I met some more wonderful people on this trip and leave with new friends that I created core memories with. I left the Sands with renewed energy and a full heart, knowing I will again return!

Every day that we were out and about tracking the big cats we came upon herds of elephants. Sitting with elephant herds has got to be one of the most amazing experience ever. We were incredibly lucky to have a mom share her very very new elephant calf with us. We had youngster making us laugh when they were playing with sticks, being naughty and walking down the road with swagger in their step! These were the best moments. I am so excited to share some images I took of the elephants, wild and free, that allowed me to spend time with them ❤️
